Our ranches are located within Ventura County’s Heritage Valley —
an area defined by its Mediterranean climate, coastal influence, and agricultural infrastructure.
These conditions support permanent crops such as citrus and avocados. Farming in this region requires careful water management, drainage planning, and ongoing investment in orchard health—priorities that guide our day-to-day operations.
Our Crops
Avocados
We produce high-quality avocados, primarily Hass, with expansion into select California-exclusive varieties such as GEM®. Our orchards are carefully managed to support long-term tree health, consistent yields, and excellent fruit quality, while close coordination with industry partners and packing houses ensures our avocados meet market standards from harvest through delivery.
Agave
Agave is well suited to Ventura County’s Mediterranean climate and aligns with long-term goals related to water efficiency, climate resilience, and land stewardship. Its low water requirements and adaptability make it a thoughtful complement to traditional permanent crops, particularly as growers across California respond to increasing climate variability.
Lemons
Our lemon production includes both seeded and seedless varieties selected for quality and suitability to Ventura County’s growing conditions. The close proximity of our ranches to local packing facilities allows for efficient harvest and rapid movement from field to market, supporting freshness, consistent quality, and strong food-safety standards.
